Beech makes 5 models. The Cherokee competes, but KingAir would be ok. Wouldn't want to be on the Hawker line though.

Dont forget, Textron owns Bell as well, I am surprised the feds allowed it. Piper, Cirrus, and the other few straglers gotta be shitting them selves.

Pilatus seems likely to be the biggest concerned party. If the King Air becomes a Cessna it's got a good chance of hurting the PC-12s market share.

The Feds were happy to let Boeing become the only large passenger aircraft manufacturer in the US. Don't see why this would cause them to bat an eyelash.

How does it violate anti trust laws? It's not like Beechcrafts current line competed directly with Cessna. There's some competition between king air and citation jets, but for many customers a jet isn't the answer. The Bonanza is in a bit of a market of its own. Beech doesn't make the jets now, but even then there's still embraer and lear
